Get Social Right

Getting started in social can be overwhelming. There are million options and everyone has an opinion. Most importantly, it is not just about setting things up, it is about nurturing your social media assets and keeping them updated with relevant content.

What that means is that social media takes time and effort. To get social right, a company must calibrate its social media programs with the appropriate level of investment (time and money). Better to start with a modest goal and over deliver, than to overpromise and under deliver.

At this stage our clients are asking themselves:

  • Do I really need a Facebook page, a Twitter page, a YouTube channel, a company blog and a community page?
  • What kind of listening tools do I need and what should I be listening for?
  • For each of the items that I choose to build what can I reasonably expect to get out of them?
